Job Duties:
- Develop models to predict public opinion and political behaviors.
- Refine target universes for strategic voter outreach.
- Design and analyze politically-informed surveys and experiments.
- Conduct quantitative analysis on electoral and media usage data.
- Create data visualizations to facilitate communication with clients and team members.
- Enhance analytics products tailored to specific campaign needs.
- Advise clients on data-driven campaign strategies, optimizing their impact.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in R, SQL, and Python for data analysis.
- Familiarity with dashboard tools like Tableau or PowerBI for data presentation.
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs); able to apply them in a political data context.
- Strong interest in political data and conservative campaign strategies.
- Capable of independent problem-solving and efficient task management.
- Keen attention to detail with an ability to follow precise instructions.
- Knowledge of the Republican ecosystem is highly preferred.
Salary: $60,000 (Junior) - $100,000+ (Senior) based on experience, plus benefits.
*Note: While the position allows for remote work, especially for senior talent, priority will be given to candidates who are able to work out of the Washington, D.C. office.
